Working while fire station operational, working in conjunction with numerous other trades. Liaising with the Project Co-Ordinator to achieve standards and program.
Project: Warehouse Refurbishment / Redecoration
Location: 179 Travellers Lane, Hertfordshire | Date: August 2006 | Complete: December 2006
Works Done:
Externally - solar reflective coating to roof area. Complete re-coating of the external
corrugated sheeting/walls using Akzo Nobel SteelSeal.
Internally - roof cladding panels and all steelwork spray painted using scissor lift
and cherry
picker access equipment. Floor areas re-coated with Dulux Anti-Slip Floor Paint.
Project: Construction of Private Bar
Location: Thundersley, Essex | Date: July - November 2007 | Complete: November 2007
Works Done:
Construction of new bar, including felt roofing, internal fit-out and design work on feature bar.
Specialist plaster and paint finishes to ceiling and wall areas.
All electrical and plumbing works to client specification and satisfaction.
Project: CIC Building (Scout Facility)

Works Done:
Complete external redecoration including all tongue and groove timber cladding and colour change to all associated windows and doors.
Internal redecoration to entrance hallway, gymnasium, kitchen and toilets.
Problems Overcome:
Working in a heavily populated children's environment and paying close attention to all health and safety obligations that are expected when working around children.
